What is a gratitude stone? 

• It is a small stone that fits in your pocket or on your desk that reminds you to be grateful 

How to use your gratitude stone? 

• Wake up each evening/before you sleep at night and thank the Universe for one thing that you are grateful for 
• Rub the stone to help calm your mind, re-align your focus and any anxious or unnerving thoughts 
• In a group setting, you could pass the gratitude stone around the table and share something or someone you feel thankful for 
• Hold the stone in your hands and think or write about all the things you feel thankful for
• The gratitude stone can be used with the Gratitude Journal, to help you note down the things/people you are grateful for
